Voice Q3 Performance Update

  • In Q3 of 2018/19, 2,908 referrals were received into the Voice Adult service – a 13.4% increase from Q1 2018/19.
  • Our Introduction team made initial contact attempts within 48 hours of receipt of referral in 99.87% of cases.
  • We are pleased to see increasing numbers of referrals from other agencies as awareness of our services grows.
  • We have developed service agreements with key partners in the county including the East Midlands Ambulance Service and Northamptonshire Partnership Homes and look forward to extending further agreement to the patients and staff of the NHS and National Health Foundation Trust in Spring 2019.
  • Our Witness Care team helped ensure that 86.33% of witnesses required to give evidence in court were able to attend to do.
  • For victims who received ongoing emotional support from our team of Support workers and volunteers, 82.61% reported that they felt increased feelings of safety upon completion!
