Restorative Justice
Voice supports restorative justice as a means of helping people recover and move on from the experience of being a victim of crime.
At Voice we believe that every victim should be given the opportunity to experience restorative justice if they choose. The restorative justice process is always voluntary; there is no obligation to take part.
Voice delivers a victim-focused approach as a means of resolving crime and anti-social behaviour.
The service can facilitate formal face to face meetings involving victims, offenders or those affected by conflict, or other informal techniques aimed at achieving the best outcomes for those who have been affected by an incident.
