Who we support

Voice Road Harm supports any person that is affected by or witness to a fatal or serious injury road traffic collision.

This includes supporting the family of those who have either been killed or seriously injured on the roads.

Our support is free and confidential, and is available to anyone who lives in Northamptonshire.

Does Voice work with Children?

We have specialist counsellors available who are trained to support children and young people aged between 6 to 17 years of age. This support will be given in conjunction with parents and also with schools as appropriate. Support will tailored to suit the child or young persons specific needs.

How we support you

We can help you by:

  • listening to you and helping you understand what has happened, and what will happen now;
  • helping you get support from other places if you need it; and
  • explaining the law and your rights.

If you would like to meet or talk with one of our team, we are here for you.

Our support includes:

  • emotional support;
  • professional therapy and treatment;
  • emotional and practical support during an inquest; and
  • signposting to other support agencies such as specialist charities and support organisations.
