Voice attends Reclaim the Night 2023

On Saturday 25th November 2023, we joined the local community as they marched through the streets of Northampton in support of Reclaim The Night. The march itself aims to raise awareness and to speak out against sexual violence and harassment and is one of several events that takes place every year as part of 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Violence.  

The march itself was attended by many local organisations including Northamptonshire Domestic Abuse Service (NDAS), Eve, and Sunflower Centre, Serenity (SARC) and Northamptonshire Rape Crisis, and saw local women drummers leading it from the Barry Road/Wellingborough Road Co-Op and finished at All Saints Square.
